The Case Study
The case study used allows both toolkits to be used in association with the tools and techniques listed above.
A control document (Project Initiation Document) will be produced and reviewed against the relevant checklists. Networks developed to
better understand the delivery of the project scope and benefits defined to show ‘why’ the change is required.
A project structure including key roles and responsibilities, based on the Toolkits will be produced to allow both control and ownership of the
project and the change to exist from Gateway2
Risk profiles constructed to both better understand the observed risk and to aid definition of ownership. The Risk Log which exists on both Tool kits will be used as the base to capture this information during the case study.
Quality Reviews of outputs produced will take place with some role play of senior management. Constructive criticism and controlled feedback will be used and encouraged.
Throughout the use of the relevant stages defined within the Toolkit will be covered and relationships between the two highlighted.
Parking around St. Mary's House is scarce due to limited parking.
Corporate Training offer a selection of teas/coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is no canteen in the building, but a sandwich lady calls at 10:45 am each day, when delegates can purchase lunch.
