Course description

A programme for new, experienced or aspiring middle leaders of any phase to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge of leadership practice. Participants conduct inter-sessional tasks to support and develop practice.

The facilitators are excellent middle and senior leaders from the primary and secondary phases.

PREPARATION AND FOLLOW UP: Participants are asked to bring DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and school identification to each venue.


PLEASE BRING WITH YOU: Participants are asked to bring examples of pupil data to sessions three and four.


PLEASE NOTE: Session A and D take at place at St Richard's Catholic College. Sessions B and C take place at St Peter and St Paul Church of England Primary School (Bexhill on Sea).

There are inter-sessional tasks for all participants to complete back in school. The sessions are facilitated by experienced primary and secondary school leaders.


REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided by the venue on arrival.
