Course description

The course introduces candidates to the substances, risks and controls available. Outlines the principles of the control of substances hazardous to health using COSHH assessments. This course was designed for cleaning staff and delivers the principles of COSHH in a format that is easily understood. The course enables employees to contribute to safer use and controls the use of hazardous substances in their workplace.

Course Assessment: Twenty multiple choice test questions. Certificated by SNP Training Services on candidates successfully achieving 80% pass in MCQ paper.

Course Cancellation

Please note that your school will be charged the full course fee if you fail to give at least 72 hours notice of any cancellation.

The course lasts 1 day and refreshments of tea and coffee will be available.

There is a sandwich lady who calls mid morning from whom lunch can be purchased.

Please note that there is no parking provision at St.Mary's House for delegates. On-street parking is very limited in the area, though there is parking available in the Railway Station car park at a cost of (about) £5 for the day - 5 minutes walk away.
