This targeted training session includes specific and detailed guidance on the Clerk’s responsibilities, key resources and best practice related to complaints management. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and explore a range of complaints scenarios. The content is directly aligned with the ESCC model Complaints Policy & Toolkit and includes guidance to Clerks on when and how to contact GCS for further advice for more complex complaints.
This course is for clerks in East Sussex maintained primary, secondary and special schools, East Sussex primary, secondary and special academies, free schools and independent schools that want to develop skills around complaints.
