The world is in a time of massive upheaval; with so much outside of our control, stress appears to have grown exponentially. Constant adaptation and uncertainty is challenging our sense of self and ability to cope.
This concise one day course will provide time to reflect on the impact of recent events and gain insight into how to respond, recover and thrive beyond crises.
The trainer is an experienced psychotherapist, de-briefer and coach.
Due to the participatory nature of the course, the maximum number of participants is 10.
