This 3-day interactive workshop will introduce delegates to the core skills they require to manage change and deliver projects. It is case-study based with attendees working in groups to deliver worked examples of the tools and techniques provided.
All staff who work within or manage projects to deliver change.
By the end of this course delegates will be able to:
The Case Study
The case study used allows both tools and techniques listed above to be applied.
A control document (Project Initiation Document) will be produced and reviewed against the relevant checklists.
Networks developed to better understand the delivery of the project scope and benefits defined to show ‘why’ the change is required.
A project structure including key roles and responsibilities, based on the good practice will be produced to allow both control and ownership of the
project and the change to exist from Gateway.
Risk profiles constructed to both better understand the observed risk and to aid definition of ownership.
Quality Reviews of outputs produced will take place with some role play of senior management. Constructive criticism and controlled feedback will be used and encouraged.
