The course will provide a basic understanding of Health & safety at Work Act, Provision of Work Equipment Regulations and PPE along with other legislation and acts. It also highlights decision making on candidates own limitations.

Course Assessment: Case studies and a multiple choice question paper

Please note this is the theory part of the DIY course and candidates are also required to attend practical part of this course to be issued with a valid certificate

We have completed a Covid-19 risk assessment on the Training Centre Rooms and mitigating actions are in place.
