LCS Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Children’s Liquid Logic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate Liquid Logic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned images held within ECaseFile. 

This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses LCS or EHM whether to view client data or input data into the system. 

As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills. 

You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.

At the end of this course you will be able to:

Log into LCS and/or EHM

Navigate the Home screen and worktrays

Search for Clients

View basic Demographics, including Genograms

View Case Data

View and Add Casenotes

View and upload documents in Ecasefile

Due to the current pandemic causing training facilities to close your training course will now be run via Microsoft Teams. Please note further instructions will be sent to you in due course on how to join the training course from the IT&D Training Team.

Access & Directions

St. Mary's House - 505, 5th Floor, 52 St. Leonards Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3UU

505 is situated on the 5th floor, lifts are available. There is a doorbell on the landing to alert the trainer of your arrival. St. Mary's House is a short (5 min) walk from the train station. Parking is available on the streets nearby, please ensure you check for any parking restrictions.

Refreshments 

Only hot and cold water will be available, please bring your own supplies and utensils.

Vending machines with drinks and snacks available to purchase are in St. Mary's House on the first floor.

Equipment

If you would prefer to work from your own ESCC laptop or hybrid then please bring them, however desktop/laptops are available.

If you have any specialist needs then please let us know before attending.
