How do you come across? What effect do you have on those around you?
Your Personal Impact has a major influence on your life, whether from within yourself, how you work with others and how others affect you. This positive, inspiring and very interactive, practical one day workshop explores techniques to enable you to come across with the impact you need to staff, colleagues and customers and important contacts. It will help you to think differently about your own behaviour, and identify ways to build strong relationships with others.
You will need to be prepared to analyse your own impact as well as understand the feedback from others, raising yourself-awareness about how you come across, and what you need to know about other people in order to have the positive impact you want on them.
