This two day safeguarding supervision programme aims to focus on the core knowledge and skills needed by supervisors working within a variety of settings in health and social care. It focuses on the 4x4x4 (integrated) model of supervision.

This is a one day externally delivered course to support practitioners to undertake high quality child centred assessments that are informed by evidence and focused on achieving best outcomes for children. Delegates are also expected to attend an in-house half day follow up workshop with the Principal Social Worker, Nicola McGeown, to explore how they have applied the learning in practice on 27 February 2019.
