This webinar aims to support teachers to make effective and accurate ongoing assessments of mathematics in Key Stage 2. We will unpick the mathematics strands in detail and share top tips on how to prepare pupils for the rigors of the national curriculum tests.

We will also be exploring how to explicitly teach mathematics skills, how to identify and address gaps, and how to move pupils forward in their mathematics, ensuring the best possible outcomes by the end of the key stage.

NOTE: Although this webinar is primarily aimed at teachers in years 5 and 6, teachers in years 3 and 4 will also find it useful. The webinar is suitable for teachers at all levels of experience.

EYES Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Childrens ISEND Liquid Logic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate Liquid Logic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned images held within ECaseFile

This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses EYES whether to view client data or input data into the system

As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills.

You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.

This virtual classroom course delivered via Zoom will explain the role of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and to give practitioners the skills to undertake the role within a childcare setting. The course facilitates achieving excellence in Child Protection and Safeguarding by giving tools to embed this into an establishment's organisational culture.

There is an expectation that as the DSL you know the signs, indicators and pre-disposing risk factors of abuse. If you are unsure of these please ensure you access the online safeguarding children and young people course before you attend this training. If you have already attended this training and need to update your training you must attend the EYFS: Designated Safeguarding Leads Training for Childcare Settings – Refresher Training. The refresher course has been reviewed to support experienced DSL's who have attended the initial training. This initial course is specifically designed to meet the needs of new DSL's.
