This session will explore signs, indicators and impacts for children experiencing domestic abuse. The session will consider what support can be provided to support children and families.
Please note that to gain access to this session you will needed to have completed the 'introduction to domestic abuse and child sexual abuse' course first.

This training is a bespoke six-month leadership development programme for experienced Practice Managers. It is highly interactive and dynamic and seeks to foster regular, structured, supportive and thought-provoking thinking spaces tailored for a children’s social care audience.
There will be seven training days comprising a themed workshop in the morning and a discussion group in the afternoon.

This is a series of 4 webinars, plus 2 support/review meetings (to be arranged individually by trainers with attendees – virtual/in-school). Webinar 1 covers the first two themes of Public Health England's recommendations towards establishing a whole school approach to mental health and emotional wellbeing: Leadership and Management, and Ethos and Environment. The content of each webinar is designed to support MH Leads in understanding the scope of their role, and offers guidance and key steps in developing practice and systems to lead MH work in schools and colleges.
Webinar 2 covers themes 3 & 4: Staff wellbeing and development, and Curriculum, teaching & learning.
Webinar 3 covers themes 5 & 6: Assessing need and monitoring impact, and Targeted Support.
