Code: AS986 Assessment: Key Stage 1 Cluster Moderation Meeting 2022 (afternoon session)

Cluster Moderation meetings aim to verify the 2022 Key Stage 1 teacher assessment judgements and ensure that teachers' assessment of pupil achievement in reading, writing and mathematics at the end of Key Stage 1 is consistent across the county.

Schools that have not been selected for statutory moderation should send at least one teacher to one of these meetings. After the disruption of the past two years, it is even more important for teachers to have an opportunity to compare and discuss their judgements with peers and moderators.

These meetings also aim to support teachers with assessment and share good practice.
