A three-hour training course for all staff
It consists of two 75 minute sessions with a 30 minute break.
Building Personal Resilience is a three-hour programme designed to help individuals understand and recognise their own stress and equip them to proactively build resilience by providing practical tools for dealing with stress.
This session will be conducted through Skype. If your place is confirmed, please make sure that you have Skype available on your device and that you are logged in at least 5 minutes before the session start time.Essential Information
