This course aims to provide Bursars and Business Managers an more detailed understanding of FMS. This course covers the accounts structure, fund and budget allocations, Bank Processes, Journals, VAT and audit reports. We recommend that Bursars and Business Managers attend both day 1 and day 2.
The training booklet will be emailed to you a week prior to the course, please remember to bring this with you.
There is no scheduled lunch break but you are welcome to bring food with you and eat it during the course.
The course is scheduled to run from 9.30 until 14.00. However, there is the availability of a Q&A session afterwards for questions specific to your school once the main training session has finished.

This one and a half day professional level course focuses on chapter 10 from 'Attachment Based Practice with Adults' by Clark Baim and Tony Morrison, which addresses attachment-based supervision.
It is aimed at supervisors who have already completed supervisor training - Morrison 4x4x4 model. Prior attendance on the attachment training (children and adults) is preferable but not mandatory.
You will need to complete an exercise (audio record a supervision session and listen to it) between the two sessions. Please only book on to the training if you will be able to complete this task.Essential Information
