This mindfulness retreat offers an opportunity to experience an extended period of mindfulness in the company of others doing the same. This session is an integral part of the 8 week mindfulness programme 'Mindfulness for Resilience and Wellbeing’ with additional places being made available to previous mindfulness course participants as a support to on-going mindfulness practice (subject to space).
Important note: Delegates MUST be enrolled on the 'Mindfulness for Resilience and Wellbeing' course (course reference CWB223A-I) or have attended a previous internal or external 8-week programme - see Additional Information.
