Foster Care: Eastbourne Support Group
Support groups provide a much needed opportunity to talk about fostering issues with other carers. They are attended by carers who have a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise which they have accumulated through many years in fostering. The support group can offer an opportunity to share experiences and provide invaluable support to each other. Some of the support groups will have designated speakers to share information or address a training need.
Foster Care: Ladies Who Foster Support Group
This is a support group to provide female carers an opportunity to meet other female foster carers. Discussions will address the importance of their role within the care of looked after children. To highlight the key areas that women can influence, how they can influence and why it is important for looked after children to see a positive female role model.

We will reference the government's Green Paper on developing a whole school approach to mental health and emotional wellbeing (MHEW) in schools. The workshop will include suggestions on best practice and useful resources.
The annual event for Bursars and School Business Managers (SBMs), offering professional development, supplier research and peer networking. Open to customers from all types and phases of school, from East Sussex County Council (ESCC) Maintained schools to Academies, Free Schools and Multi Academy Trusts.
Delegates can arrive from 8am to register and make use of the Market Place before the main conference starts at 8.45am.
