As part of our commitment to ESCC staff, we will be hosting focus groups for employees, managers and trade union representatives to look at what we do well when it comes to workplace adjustments and what we can do better.
The focus groups will aim to cover the range of different types of adjustments that may be needed, including those for staff who are neurodiverse and/or have a physical sensory or mental health condition or long-term illness. Further information about adjustments can be found on the Workplace adjustments intranet page.
All are welcome to the employee workshops, however the focus groups would benefit from those who have had a direct experienced of the workplace adjustment process.
