This reflective workshop will provide an opportunity to explore issues around race, ethnicity and religious diversity, enabling
you and your team to improve professional practice when working with families, children and young people.

Participants are required to complete the Racial, Ethnic and National Equality Foundation Module e-learning via the East Sussex Learning Portal prior to undertaking this workshop.

Would you like to increase your knowledge and understanding of this complex area of Safeguarding? Do you feel confident in challenging certain practices whilst trying to remain sensitive and respectful to cultural and religious traditions? This workshop aims to increase the knowledge, awareness, and understanding of professionals of a range of harmful practices including Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Breast Ironing and Honour Based Violence(HBV).

Code: ESC/19/447 LCS/EHM (Liquid Logic Children’s) Search and View (EVENT FULL)

LCS Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Children’s Liquid Logic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate Liquid Logic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned images held within ECaseFile. 

This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses LCS or EHM whether to view client data or input data into the system. 

As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills. 

You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.
