ISEND - EYES Search and Viewing only

EYES Search and View is a half day of remote hands on training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Childrens ISEND LiquidLogic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate LiquidLogic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned/uploaded images held within ECaseFile

This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses EYES whether to view client data or input data into the system.

Prerequisites 

  • As a new staff member your manager must request that a LiquidLogic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills.
  • You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.
  • Training sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams, please reserve the time in your diary.
  • You should assure yourself of the suitability of the learning environment from which you will access the online course. In order to focus on the learning content, you will need to access the session from a quiet location where you will not be disturbed. If it is not possible to do this within the office then you should select an alternative location/room that is more suitable, by agreement with your manager.
  • In order for you to be able to attend you will need to ensure that you are using an ESCC device that has a microphone and video capabilities

This is an opportunity to meet with colleagues to discuss evidence and make judgements against the new Early Learning Goals (ELGs) in order to complete the EYFS profile.

There will be time for delegates to discuss their anecdotal evidence, and any recorded evidence with colleagues and moderators to gain confidence in securing accurate judgements.

Code: CWB450AD Motivational Interviewing Foundation (Virtual)

This 12 hours course in a live interactive virtual classroom will give you a practical understanding of Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills and principles. When used, these tools aim to strengthen somebody’s motivation and confidence, to promote positive change within them and to help develop the skills to cope with life challenges. MI is a short term goal-oriented strengths-based approaches.
