Health and Safety: Premises Co-ordinator Training
This course advises Premises Coordinators of their role in managing the risks associated with the premises and the management of contractors on site. This course includes responsibilities arising from health and safety legislation, including the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2015) which applies to all building and construction work e.g. new build, demolition, refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance.

Health and Safety: The Management of Health and Safety
This is an essential training course for all headteachers and deputy headteachers. If the headteacher or deputy headteacher is the nominated Health and Safety Co-ordinator for the school, it is recommended that the IOSH Managing Safely course is attended instead of this course.
Health and Safety: Asbestos Awareness and Duty to Manage
The aim of the training is to inform delegates of the legal requirements for the safe management of asbestos. This course will provide information on the risks associated with asbestos, and enable delegates to implement suitable and sufficient management systems, to ensure compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. With particular reference to the duty holder and who that could be, the surveys available, what to expect in a survey and the asbestos management plan and its use and requirement.
