This course aims to help all staff working in PRIMARY schools to use appropriate language, ask helpful questions and be able to demonstrate empathy, in order to promote wellbeing and resilience. This training is aimed at any member of school staff including admin, facilities, library, teaching and support staff who would appreciate a more detailed exploration of what helps students to engage with support.
