This course covers general sign posting for families key miles stones, enabling families to access online services and information digitally, delivered by the Family Information Service in Children's Services who established the Parent Information Contact (PIC) https://www.eastsussex.gov.uk/childrenandfamilies/familysupport/parent-information-contacts/ scheme in 2007. 

Workshop for frontline staff in working with parents including;  

children's centre frontline staff, social workers, keyworkers, health visitors,  community nurses and any CS staff that work with families.

You will need to bring a laptop and/or smart phone to the training

This course will be delivered by Excelsior Safeguarding CIC, a ‘not for profit’ organisation established to provide effective help and support to vulnerable young people and adults.
