This focussed programme aims to develop manager’s knowledge, skills and confidence to enable them to fully integrate a coaching approach into the daily management of staff and projects in order to operate effectively, promote a culture of empowerment and engagement and to support creativity in a challenging business environment.
 
A coaching approach is increasingly well evidenced across the business community and public sector as an appropriate and successful leadership style, creating a ‘win-win’ effect, where staff are motivated and engaged, and work can be successfully devolved, freeing up valuable management time and resources.

Important note. This event resumes with four workshops and a short action learning set on each date.

This six month bespoke programme has been developed for Heads of Service and is comprised of two key elements. Firstly, a series of workshops run on a monthly basis which focus upon key elements of Connected Leadership. Secondly, participation in an action learning set designed as the collaborative opportunity for Heads of Service to engage in critical reflection and peer learning.
